Return refund & exchange policy

We always pack our products amorously and take extreme care to ensure that products that reach you are fully safe and have not been used before, thus we don’t allow any returns, refunds or exchanges.

For international orders, Return & Exchange of orders aren’t possible. A refund is merely possible in case of damaged products received by the customer after proper validation.

In case the product reaches you tampered, missing or damaged condition or if you’ve received wrong or expired product(s), please raise an invitation here with order and contact details – archdsn11@gmail.com – within 2 days from the date of delivery. After your product(s) is received, we’ll verify it against the claim and initiate the replacement or refund accordingly after proper validation. Please note that replacement will depend on the stock availability.

  • Under what conditions return/ replacement requests won’t be accepted?Opened/ used/ altered products.
  • Original packaging (mono cartons, labels, etc.) missing.
  • The tampered/damaged/missing/wrong or expired product is reported after 2 days from the date of delivery.

If you would like to cancel your order, you’ll do so till your order is dispatched from our warehouse by reaching us on our customer care.
